Gugulethu Mbatha (better known as Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is an British actress and film star known for her role in the film industry after she appeared in the BBC series "Doctor Who" which is which is a British Sci-Fi TV series. Gugu became famous for playing Tish Jones on the series by BBC. She played the role of the sister to a main character named Martha Jones. The audience loved her cheerful energy and spontaneity, and there was no turning back for Gugu from a successful career as an actor! Handler began her career in the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving badly, a reality show with a hidden-camera/practical comedy. From 2002 until 2005, the series aired. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all broadcast her stand-up comedy shows. In 2010, it was announced that the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were announced. As a result, she became the first female host to be announced in the same category as Roseanne.
